I'm Irine Achieng Omitto — a web developer building, designing, deploying and maintaining websites and web apps for people who need it done properly the first time.
Web Developer based in Nairobi, working with landlords, schools, and small businesses to bring their ideas online — and keep them running.
Final-year BSc Applied Computer Science · Kisii University
Web development is the core service. Everything below covers what a site or web app needs to actually go live and keep working.
Custom websites and web apps built with React, PHP and modern JavaScript — from a single landing page to a full platform.
Clean, responsive interfaces designed around how your users actually move through the site, on any screen size.
Getting your site from local code to a live, working domain — configured correctly and ready for real traffic.
Ongoing fixes, updates and monitoring after launch, so your site keeps running without surprises.
A mix of client systems and full-stack platforms, in production or in progress.
A platform that connects landlords directly with tenants — landlords list properties, tenants search and find a place to live without a middleman. Currently in final development ahead of deployment.
Built in collaboration with KestaWeb Designs for NITA's computer lab. LabMonitor controls student computer activity during class — locking access to a defined set of required utilities and blocking music, video and other distractions until class time ends.
Smaller apps I designed and built independently, end to end.
Finds and plays music that matches your current mood, or the mood you're looking for.
A clean, fast calculator app built for everyday quick calculations.
Schedule tasks, track them through the day, and mark them done as you go.
I build websites and web applications end to end — design, development, deployment and the maintenance that keeps a site reliable after launch. Web development is where I spend most of my time, and I treat every project the way I'd treat my own: planned properly, built cleanly, and shipped to actually work.
My background spans real-world systems built for actual users — from a property platform connecting landlords and tenants, to LabMonitor, a system now running in a live computer lab to manage student access during class. I also build and ship personal apps to keep my skills sharp across the full stack.
I'm currently in my final year at Kisii University, completing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science — building these projects alongside my coursework.
